Tawa Qeema Recipe












Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg Mutton Mince
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 2 green chill slit in middle
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes made into puree or finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder 
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • coriander leaves for garnish
Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan add onions and green chili. When the onions is lightly brown, add the ginger garlic paste and fry. Add tomatoes and cook till it is tender. Now add the qeema, red chili powder, garam masala powder, red chili, coriander powder and salt. Mix throughly.
  • Let all the water dry up from the qeema. Now add one cup of water and allow qeema to cook. When all the water dried up, fry well the qeema till brown.
  • Garnish the qeema with coriander leaves.
